A Yamaha C5 grand with broad pitch coverage: one recorded layer every six semitones, useful for hearing range and chord voicing. For recorded changes in touch, play the companion Salamander Expression bank. These notes are shortened to 2.1 seconds. Xylophone bars layered over a soft synth pad, each with its own effects: the bars in a bright room, the pad through a slow chorus into a long, moving hall on a second effect bus. Pad blends the layer in and out, Wash sets how far it sits in its hall, Space the bars' room. A punchy acoustic rock kit with two sampled dynamics on most drums and alternate takes per key, including two kicks, snares, hats, cymbals and toms. An expressive Yamaha C5 grand for testing soft, medium and strong strikes over a wide keyboard. Three true recorded velocity layers at eight roots keep attack and brightness responsive within the reader budget; tails are shortened. One 16-pad Moodbank per cinematic sci-fi drumkit genre: trailer taiko, hybrid breakbeat, alien organic, ship foley, mech industrial, crystal tuned, dystopian trap, glitch hybrid, choir stab and deep-space ambient. Hosted, not compiled in.

Kits seeded from real recordings: the Maschine LoRA started from a song's most percussive stretch instead of from noise, so each pad carries something of that record's drums (MOD-103). Every positioning names its source recording, artist and licence. SHARE-ALIKE: one kit derives from a CC BY-SA 3.0 recording, so the audio distributed in this bank inherits that condition -- redistribution must keep the attribution and license the same way. One 16-pad Moodbank per techno subgenre: Detroit warehouse, Berlin minimal, dub, acid, industrial, schranz, melodic, hypnotic, EBM and ambient, each curated onto the same sixteen roles and generated with the Maru LoRA. Hosted, not compiled in.

An intimate Kawai upright recorded in a living room: two genuine soft/hard velocity layers across a broad keyboard, useful for expressive chords and comparing touch. Samples are spaced about nine semitones and shortened to two seconds for the reader. Recorded by Gonzalo and Roberto for FreePats, Upright Piano KW (CC0).

A varied hand-percussion palette: cajón, bongos, shaker, tambourine, claps, claves, conga, maracas and darbuka. Alternate real strikes make repeated patterns less mechanical.
