Something visually stunning.
What if an effect felt like playing with light? Triprism explores that idea with a reactive prism. Bring us your own beautiful, outrageous visual world. Let’s find out how it could respond to sound.

We want to collaborate with the best designers out there. People who make us look twice, want to touch a control, or discover a new way to play. Here are a few challenges we’d love to explore with you.

A strange sequencer. A harmony playground. An instrument nobody knows how to play yet. Invent a new gesture, bend the rules, and give musicians something wonderfully unfamiliar to explore.

A knob you can almost feel through the screen. Sliders that move just right. A whole plugin that makes every detail count. Help us build slick interfaces and grow a toolkit other designers can make their own.
What you get
Most interface concepts stay on Dribbble. Yours gets real audio behind every control, and musicians who actually play it.
We connect every knob, slider and screen to working audio. It ships as a real plugin or instrument, not a static frame.
Engineering, sound, testing and release are on us. You focus on how it looks, moves and feels.
Your name on the product and its page. When your design ships in a paid plugin, you share in the revenue.
A live link that opens in any browser. Controls can also become open-source PluginUI components with your name on them.
How it works
Figma, images, a video or a drawing on paper. A rough idea is fine.
Credits, revenue share and what becomes open source are written down before work starts.
We build a working version with real sound. You refine the motion, details and feel until it’s right.
We ship it as a plugin, a component or both, and share it with you across Maru’s channels.
No. For the designs we select, we cover the engineering and release.
No. We handle the audio engine and the code. Curiosity about sound helps, but it isn’t required.
Whatever shows your idea best: Figma files, screenshots, a motion study, or a sketch. Links to past work help us understand your style.
You keep the rights to your design unless we agree otherwise in writing. Credits and any open-source licence are agreed before we start.
Please. Strange instruments and unfamiliar ways of playing are exactly what we want to build.
Send a few links to your work and tell us what you’d like us to build. We’ll review your pitch and get in touch.
