We cover the build

Sound design, DSP, interface, testing and release are on us. You spend your time playing and giving feedback, not paying invoices.

A share of every sale

If it’s sold, you earn from every copy. If you’d rather give it away to your fans, we can do that too.

A launch we make together

Release videos, sounds and presets for your audience, plus a feature across Maru’s channels. You choose how much you take part.

    Tell us what makes your sound yours and what the plugin should do. A voice note’s worth of ideas is enough.

    Agree the terms first

    Credits, creative approval and revenue share are written down before any work starts.

    Play it until it’s right

    We send you working versions. You play them, tweak the feel and build the presets. Nothing ships until you’re happy.

    Release it together

    We handle the builds, the store page and the updates. You share it with the people who already love your sound.

Questions.

Does it cost me anything?

No. For the projects we select, we cover the development. If you’d rather commission a tool for your own project and own the arrangement outright, that’s possible too; tell us in your pitch.

Do I need technical skills?

None. If you can describe a sound, or show us a track that has it, that’s enough. We do the engineering.

Who owns my sound and my name?

You do. Your recordings, presets and name are used for your plugin only, as agreed in writing before we start.

Do I need a big following?

No. We choose projects for the sound and the idea, not the follower count.

How long does it take?

Usually weeks, not months. It depends on the idea and how much you want to refine it.

How do you build it so fast?

We have our own audio engine and tools, including AI-assisted coding. Every plugin is still tested by ear and by you before release.
