Return your Novation Launchpad X to normal mode

Controller apps take over the Novation Launchpad X over MIDI; they do not replace its firmware. This is not a firmware recovery procedure.

A controller app does not change the Launchpad's firmware. Programmer mode is a layout chosen over SysEx; the programmer's reference returns the Launchpad X to normal operation by selecting any other layout. Maru has not yet verified this on a physical unit. Firmware updates and custom modes use Novation Components.
