About
FM-1 Doom puts one arena from the free FreeDM game on the unit, played on the keys and knob with synthesised sound effects. It needs no game data of your own and makes no music.

Install and safety
Untested. No compatibility reports yet. Maru has not tested it on hardware.
Maru offers its own install only for open-source releases with a complete install record, after its installer has completed a full install and restore on a physical M-VAVE FM-1.
- Put the unit on stock V15 first, and keep your own copy of the stock file from M-VAVE’s downloads so you can go back.
- Back up your presets with the current firmware’s own export before installing.
- Rescue: Hold OCT− alone while switching on to start in USB rescue. (fm1-editor.com directory).
- If something goes wrong, follow the recovery ladder.
- Keeps sloopDX's USB rescue, and its installer can put sloopDX back.
